SMS Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: July 2026
When you opt-in to our services, Masstort Claims and our legal partners will send you SMS messages to confirm your signup, provide case updates, and request necessary information regarding your potential claim.
- Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.
- Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or get help directly at info@masstort-claims.com.
- Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your case status. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Privacy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
